Proudly Serving the Special Needs Communities of Indiana

Elder Law & Special Needs Planning Attorney: Indianapolis, Indiana

Elizabeth Homes was born and raised in Carmel, Indiana, and opened the Law Office of Elizabeth A. Homes LLC in 2015. She is dedicated to helping the residents of her hometown and surrounding areas. She is particularly focused on the helping clients that have loved ones with Special Needs and/or Elderly loved ones. She also assists clients with their Estate Planning and Probate Needs. Further, she helps guide clients through the Guardianship process so they may continue to protect their loved ones.

Attorney Homes helps join her client’s team to help remove the roadblocks so that they can provide for their children and loved ones, Special Needs or not, well after they are gone. She drafts Special Needs Estate Plans for families that have members with Special Needs that will allow her clients to provide for their children while also allowing them continue to be eligible for public benefits. Many times these plans last well beyond her clients’ lifetime and continue to help support their Special Needs children and adults. These Special Needs Estate Plans can be drafted so that all of the children are provided for in an equitable way regardless of whether they have Special Needs. She knows how to draft end-of-life documents to be sure the wishes of her clients are followed and that all complex legal requirements are met.

She is dedicated to making sure that the assets of her clients are protected from creditors and shielded as much as possible from unwarranted taxes. She recognizes the importance of assets being distributed to heirs according to the wishes of the decedent. She drafts appropriate documents, like wills, trusts and powers of attorney to be sure things are done according to her client’s wishes. She helps her clients maneuver through the Probate system after their loved ones have died.

Whatever your needs are in these legal areas, Elizabeth A. Homes can help. Her office is located in Indianapolis, Indiana, and she provides services to anyone in the Central Indiana area, including Fishers, Lawrence, Noblesville, Westfield, Williams Creek and Zionsville. She also serves clients in multiple other counties outside of Central Indiana. These include but are not limited to Allen, Boone, Carroll, Dearborn, Grant, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Henry, Howard, Jasper, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Morgan and Tippecanoe. Call her for a complementary consultation. She will review your assets, listen to your issues, evaluate your circumstances and discuss with you the best way to meet your needs.
